Client ResponsibilityThe Client is solely responsible for all content submitted to Unlikely Content for publication. By submitting content, the Client warrants and represents that:They own, or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to use and publish the content.
The content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of a third party.
The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Compliance with TikTok PoliciesAll submitted content must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, advertising policies (where applicable), and any other platform rules in effect at the time of publication.The Client acknowledges that TikTok may, at its sole discretion, remove, restrict, suppress, demonetize, age-restrict, or otherwise limit the visibility or availability of any content, regardless of whether the content has been accepted and published by Unlikely Content.3. Right to Refuse ContentUnlikely Content reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons, to decline, delay, edit (with the Client's approval where appropriate), or remove any submitted content that we reasonably believe may:Violate TikTok's policies or applicable laws;
Infringe the rights of any third party;
Expose Unlikely Content to legal, reputational, or commercial risk; or
Be inconsistent with our business values or publishing standards.
4. No Guarantee of Publication or Continued AvailabilityAcceptance of payment or receipt of content does not guarantee publication. Likewise, publication does not guarantee that the content will remain available on TikTok or receive any particular level of reach, engagement, visibility, or performance.Unlikely Content makes no representations or warranties regarding the performance of any published content.5. Platform ActionsUnlikely Content has no control over TikTok's moderation decisions, algorithms, enforcement actions, or platform functionality.Accordingly, Unlikely Content shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, claims, or expenses arising from:Removal of content by TikTok;
Reduced visibility, reach, or engagement;
Account restrictions, suspensions, or enforcement actions imposed by TikTok;

Any interruption or discontinuation of TikTok's services.
6. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unlikely Content shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the publication, removal, restriction, or performance of Client-submitted content on TikTok.7. IndemnityThe Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unlikely Content, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, legal fees, or expenses arising out of or related to:The Client's submitted content;
Any breach of these Terms;
Any infringement of intellectual property or other rights;
Any claim brought by a third party relating to the submitted content.
8. No Refunds for Platform EnforcementWhere content is removed, restricted, or otherwise affected by TikTok after publication due to TikTok's policies or enforcement decisions, Unlikely Content shall not be obligated to provide a refund, replacement post, or other compensation unless otherwise agreed to in writing.By purchasing our services and submitting content for publication, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Content Submission Terms & Disclaimer.These Content Submission Terms & Disclaimer form part of the Unlikely Content Terms and Conditions and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
